For many years, I watched how the pet care industry works, and something always felt off. So much of it is transactional — someone comes in, walks the dog, and leaves. There’s no connection, no joy, and no consistency. Too often, the caregiver is distracted, texting, or not paying attention to what the dog is eating, stepping on, or reacting to. I knew pets deserved better, and I knew owners deserved better.
